1) Place the box on a suitable surface (lounge carpet)

2) Cut the tape holding the end flap on one end of the box

3) Open the flaps

4) Slide out the inner box

5) Slide out the main frame

6) Place the main frame on the floor

7) Cut the tape holding the end flap on the inner box

8) Slide out the seat

9) Slide out the toe-strap and rail

10) Remove the two rails

11) Remove the cardboard packing from the seat

12) Place the packing in the inner box

13) Remove the thumb-nuts and then fit the end rail

14) Firmly tighten the thumb nuts by hand

15) The fit the toe-strap rail and tighten the thumb-nuts

16) Then fit the seat rail

17) Fit the seat on to the two studs

18) Tighten the thumb-nuts

19) The hikingbench is ready for use

20) Retain boxes if you want to reuse them for transport or storage of your hikingbench
