I'm delighted with it thanks. It was easy to assemble and it has pride of place in my office for regular exercise! It's made me realised how much I've depended on the main sheet for support during hiking. I'm taking it easy with the training to start with to avoid over use injury but I'm sure that the bench should make a huge difference to my fitness and boat speed over time - TL Cumbria

I brought my Hiking Bench about two weeks ago, and have found it very good. It is well built, light to move from room to and strong. Along with other excercise its a good way of building or maintaining sailing fitness and maybe even saving your knees! - ML Scotland
